You will love this charming neighborhood in Central Phoenix that is close to everything in the Valley. If you stay in , hang out in the backyard lit w/ string lights , have a cook-out or take a dip in the private swimming pool. With lots of attractions nearby you are sure to have a great getaway. Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa and futon Though updated to today's trends, the home maintains its original charm with hickory wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, and adorable front porch. The property also features smart home gadgets like a Nest thermostat, Phillips automated lighting, and August locking system.. The quickest way of getting a hold of me is through the Messenger. \*\* By booking this reservation, all communication (welcome message, check in instruction and keypad code) will be sent via your email, not via Vrbo messenger. ✍️ Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay. ✍️ Guest MUST provide a security deposit ($100) and matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay). \*\* A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. I'm not sure how many other people get jerked around by this person, but for my part, I resent both the host's lack of integrity and the need to blow my expected travel budget.
