Welcome to Avalon! This is our stunning, clean, Spanish Styled vacation rental home in the lower Arcadia area on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and less than 3 miles to the popular Old Town Scottsdale area. Enjoy the close by attractions like Camelback Mtn hiking, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Golf and Giants Spring Training Stadium.  
  
Large 4 bedroom 3 bath (2 showers and one shower\\tub) that comfortably sleeps 8.  
  
The home boasts an open floor plan that is separated in all the right places. Extensive renovations have been done inside and outside the home. Upon entry, you will enjoy the large open kitchen and dinning area. Cook like a gourmet chef on the high end 36" gas range and gather together around the massive granite topped kitchen island with seating for five. Just off the kitchen is a formal dinning space to enjoy your meals.   
  
The Master bedroom has King bed and bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and bathroom with shower. 3rd bedroom has Queen bed and 4th bedroom has Full bed. The 3rd bathroom has a jetted bathtub with shower. All Bedrooms have Smart TVs with HULU and Disney+ and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.  
  
The main living space boasts vaulted ceilings, an atrium, fireplace, and wet-bar. This space is large and has tons of seating with a new cloud sofa sectional and reclining chair in addition to the bar seating. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with HULU and Disney+.   
  
Step outside into your own private oasis. The covered patio has a large circular lounger and there is a flat screen TV mounted into the wall. The backyard has been extensively renovated with an outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace and fire pots, pebble-tec pool, and hot tub. Cook on the natural gas grill and enjoy multiple seating areas with outdoor sofa and chairs under the gazebo and outdoor table and chairs with umbrella. Take a dip in the pool that can be heated during the winter months and relax on the lounge chairs.   
  
We lived in this home for 18 years so all of the upgrades have been done with a personal touch. The area is convenient to many local attractions and we love the area so much we purchased our current home just a few blocks away. If there is anything you need, we are close by to assist you.

Host was very welcoming, very responsive. The house is in a convenient area for major stores and within 10 minutes of Old Town. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor backyard area was lovely. The inside was pretty beat up. The cabinet finishes were coming off, towels stained, couch pilling. One of the bedrooms has a window to the interior of the house (not even sure this is legal). Two of the showers are so small it's hard to believe. The house is very dark, not many windows and even with the lights on we didn't get much light. We were extremely surprised with all five star reviews. This is not a five star house by any means.

It was absolutely the most amazing experience and so relaxing! We stayed at the home all day on one of the days and in the pool all day and the hot tub at night! Our host Brad was available at any time with any questions. We hope to make this an annual trip and wouldn’t even consider another place to stay but there!

3 generations of women staying to drop my oldest child off at GCU. Everyone loved this house. Plenty of room and stocked to entertain. Owner is very responsive. We stayed a couple days after move in day and were far enough away but not too far. I will definitely look to stay here again.

#### Relaxing and Beautiful

This property was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed our time relaxing together in the back yard and family room. The host was immediately responsive when we had questions! Changing our mind and deciding to heat the pool was taken care of nearly immediately. Every bed was exceptional, soft and firm at the same time. And the pillows were luxurious, with options for feather and more firm filling. The kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of space to cook for several people, although we didn’t end up cooking more than hearing things up in the microwave. Note, the microwave is in the pantry. We didn’t notice it was there the first day and thought there wasn’t one. We appreciated that there was a drink cooler to use on the day we took cold drinks in the car with us to the Grand Canyon. It takes less than 4 hours to get there from the house, so it can be a perfect day trip. Our favorite parts of the home included the perfectly heated pool first thing in the morning, the comfortable conversation furniture in the shade, and the large circular chaise lounger in the shade. One of us recently had medical treatment that required he stay out of the sun and he spent most of his time on that big circular lounger which allowed him to stay completely out of the sun but still being with everyone while we swam and enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the running fountains in the pool! Beautiful. Overall all we loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

We had the perfect family vacation. Our grown children and spouses and grandchildren enjoyed a lovely week. The house was perfect and close to everything. Everyone had their space to gather, talk or play a game. The extra stroller helped out for our trip to the botanical. The house is fully loaded for all your cooking needs. The outside cozy couch made for great early morning snuggles with our granddaughters. Loved being able to fence off the pool but still be outside. The pool and hot tub received a lot of use. Fast and prompt communication with the owner. Easy check. Beautiful neighborhood. Hopefully this gem is available for our next visit to Phoenix.

#### Weekend Cheer Competition

The house was amazing, it was clean and comfortable. The backyard was awesome, the pool and hot tub were great to relax in after our days activities. The location was within a 15 or 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, from the convention center and Chase Field which is where we spent all of our time. Would stay here again when we get back to Phoenix.

#### Beautiful Home!

Stayed in this house with my two daughters (ages 11 & 13). The house is absolutely beautiful. Loved the architecture and stained glass windows. Very clean and was stocked with everything you need. We spend most of our time in the wonderful pool area swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. There are plenty of floaties provided for the pool. Especially enjoyed the fire features and waterfalls. Very close to the airport and many attractions. I would definitely stay here again, and I plan on returning to Phoenix in the future with my husband to enjoy this home again. Also, the host, Brad, is very responsive and replied within minutes whenever I had a question. Appreciated the excellent communication.
