Located on the corner of 1st Street and Goldwater in the heart of Scottsdale’s Old Town Arts District. Short walk to Many Art Galleries, Shops, Restaurants, Breweries, Wineries and More! Each suite has a private entrance with a beautifully landscaped patio. All of the interior of the home is private to guests, not shared. All of the exterior is shared with the other 3 units. Private parking & access to the Free Scottsdale Trolley. This unit does have street noise.  
  
\*\*\*This listing is part of our East Duplex home which has 2 separate units inside it. This listing you are viewing is for UNIT 1 "The Rhone". You will receive a welcome message detailing how to enter.  
  
This unit sits off a main road and can experience traffic noise. Old Town Scottsdale has over 4 million visitors annually, staying in downtown might also mean hearing noise from venues or folks walking by, the environment is a lively downtown scene.  
  
Across from Alo Cafe and Cornish Pasty Restaurant & Bar directly across the street! Short walk to the Farmers Market every Saturday during winter months. Walk or Trolley to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall (All the top brand stores!) Suites professionally decorated in modern southwest décor. This is truly a one of a kind experience in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale - pack your bags and get ready to enjoy an unbelievably unique and amazing stay!

Each suite has a private entrance with a door code you will use to enter the unit. This unit sits on the far east side of the lot. You will use a door code to access the home.

Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona, Old Town is a term used to refer to a large area of the historic downtown Scottsdale  
area. It’s the part of Scottsdale that’s filled with pedestrian-friendly streets lined with popular restaurants, quaint tourist shops, posh condos, public monuments, and world-class art galleries. Old Town encompasses Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, Civic Center Park and Library, the San Francisco Giants MLB spring - training ballpark, the Museum of the West, and over 100  
restaurants and shops.  
  
Our rooms can smell the delicious coffee and breakfast being made by restaurants just across the street; Cornish Pastry Co and Alo Café are just across the street.  
  
Walking, biking, ubering, and scootering!

I love love loveeeeee this property! tbh I was a little nervous when I booked because it only had 1 review, but I am so glad I followed through with this booking, it’s exactly as pictured and even nicer in person. Me and my mom were coming to Scottsdale from Texas for a surgery and needed a nice place we could call home for a week, the 2 bedroom unit was Perfect! The style of the home is beautiful. We really appreciated all the details to the decor and just the quality of the home itself. It gives such a cozy homey vibe while still giving that modern Scottsdale vibe. The giant double doors in the living room that open up to the yard area really made it feel spacious and the yard area was so nice and very well kept. The host was super nice and responsive, the unit was clean and well kept, the area is so cute and surprisingly very walkable, a great restaurant literally right across the street and a super cute café right around the corner and so much more in the area. I’m honestly impressed with this place and that’s rare, it’s like a beautiful hidden gem in the perfect area. Love it so much & will stay here every time I’m in Scottsdale.

Picked my lovely wife up at the airport and wisked her off to this place Friday and Saturday night. Enjoyed walking to all the bars and restaurants before returning home to Ahwatukee on Sunday after brunch. Love to visit and this is our favorite VRBO.
