All of the interior of the home is private to guests, not shared. All of the exterior is shared with the other 3 units. Private parking & access to the Free Scottsdale Trolley. Me and my mom were coming to Scottsdale from Texas for a surgery and needed a nice place we could call home for a week, the 2 bedroom unit was Perfect! The style of the home is beautiful. We really appreciated all the details to the decor and just the quality of the home itself. It gives such a cozy homey vibe while still giving that modern Scottsdale vibe. The giant double doors in the living room that open up to the yard area really made it feel spacious and the yard area was so nice and very well kept. The host was super nice and responsive, the unit was clean and well kept, the area is so cute and surprisingly very walkable, a great restaurant literally right across the street and a super cute café right around the corner and so much more in the area.
