The Neighborhood:
The Woodland Springs neighborhood is located just SE of the Hayden & Thomas Rd intersection just minutes from the 101, Old Town Scottsdale, golf, grocery, restaraunts and more.

Other Things to Note:
*POOL HEAT set to 88 all year is included at NO CHARGE but temperature is not guaranteed during unseasonably cold nights due to ambient exterior temps.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Cameras are installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.

Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

We (three couples) very much enjoyed spending a week in this wonderful Scottsdale home. The size and spaciousness of the house were perfect for us. The swimming pool and converted garage gym were a nice bonus. Ric and property management personnel were very responsive and friendly. We would consider staying here again.

The house was exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, it smelled clean the minute we walked in. It was an amazing stay, and great location- only ten minutes to Old Town and the Airport. Ric was amazing with communication as well. Highly recommend this house!

Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Once we opened the door, you could smell the fresh, clean scent in the house. The pool was a hit. It was clean and over 85 degrees, even though the weather outside was only low 70's. We also took advantage of the putting green. The location is close to Old Scottsdale and with a car, there are lots of attractions within a reasonably close distance. We would definitely return to this rental if we visit the Scottsdale area in the future.

Ric was a great host. We had an issue with keypad during check-in and he responded immediately. We also asked if there was pool service to get rid of debris and he sent someone out the same day. Very attentive host overall. Bedding was the most comfortable I’ve stayed in when it comes to rentals. Some of the bedrooms were warmer than others, but fans were provided. 10min Uber ride to Old Town. Overall an awesome location and place to stay!

Lovely mid century ranch. It was spaced out well so we could all enjoy our own space yet gather at all the tables and recreational spaces. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need to make an elegent dinner or breakfast. I personally really appreciated thr abundance of supplies that aren't often found at other rentals. Plenty of paper products, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, etc. The weather was chilly (50's) for most of trip but the pool was warm enough to enjoy and the hit tub was a lovely way to warm up and relax before bedtime. Will absolutely book again if in area. More rental owmers should take note from them. Thank you for the memorable stay!

I recently stayed with my 7 and 4 year old, just to get some fun and sunshine. The house was amazing. Perfectly setup for a family with kids of any ages. Tons of open space, big and plenty of beds. So nice, clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and back yard lounge areas were also ideal. The pool has a shallow end (about 3’) and a deeper end, which was great for my littlest. Location was great. Super quiet and clean neighborhood. Could easily take the crew for a walk to wander around. 18 minutes to rental car center and airport. We went to Dino Museum in Mesa which was only 16 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Ric!

Great house and as described. Floor plan worked well for our group, everything clean inside, kitchen equipment well stocked, sheets/towels all very nice quality. Backyard, pool, putting green were great. The only negatives, and are not huge, but chair cushions were worn out and bring your own floats as they were on their last leg. We had one bedroom that would not cool below 80 probably. The manager responded quickly, brought another fan, and tried to accommodate best they could. This house is not walkable to Old Town but Uber got us there in a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great choice for our family vacation including children and grandchildren. Location was close to all amenities and old town shops. Our only issue (air conditioning)was delt with very quickly. The house was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, bathroom toiletries. With 3 families, the tv rooms were helpful when settling the kids, watching the games and movies. The Grandchildren and parents alike enjoyed all the yard space and heated pool got well used. The Outdoor beverage refrigerator was very convenient and much appreciated. The open door concept from kitchen to outdoor made it easy for toddlers getting in and out and was great to keep watch on them. I would definitely stay at this property again.

One of the best places we found in Scottsdale yet. Property is spectacular. Perfect for our family with two young energetics boys. They loved the pool and the hot tub as well as the putting green and corn hole. Plenty of room for everybody to have space and very comfortable we wanted to spend time together. Close to everything for fun in around the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Property managers were fantastic with communication as well as delivering above expectations. I’ll definitely rent again in the future.
