You can't get much closer to living near ASU than this property! Small complex of 12 units with pool. Furnished and recently remodeled in this quiet complex. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. New flooring throughout/no carpeting, stainless steel appliances, newer full size washer & dryer. Included are two designated parking spots(one covered) The host has equipped this place for long stays - wifi, washer, and dryer included. Entire unit- bottom floor unit. No You can't get much closer to living near ASU than this property. Non-heated Community pool, parking spots. Accèss to pool area is via two entrances near parking area. College environment- Prefer guests preview property prior to acceptance. Again, the pool is not heated therefore, most guests would not use in the cooler months. Not only did she go above and beyond for any needs and everything was always a quick response. The condo was provided with so many extras of some fresh fruit, bottle of wine with some chocolates, throw blankets to cosy up on the sofa at night were well appreciated. Top notch ! The condo was very clean, also very convenient to the downtown area. Lots of restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only downside I would say, is you cannot access the pool through the patio. We had full access but you just had to walk around the building to get into the pool area. This is no fault of the condo ,as it is due to the requirements of Tempe. You will not be disappointed in your say at this location.
