It has YouTube TV, WiFi, DVD player and a washer and dryer in the unit. There isn't anything you will need that isn't already there. There is a wonderful patio with love seat, two chairs table and swing where you can sit out and enjoy the golfers trying to achieve their dream. The kitchen is tiny, and the cabinets are something you would see in a cheap travel trailer-black inside. The closet has no place to hang long garments or pants. Kitchen was great, we cooked many meals while we were there, but it is also close to several eateries that are all in walking distance.
