Enjoy luxurious, resort-style living just a short walk from the best upscale shopping, dining and golf North Scottsdale has to offer. Everything is walking distance including Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The property is located right next to the Westin Kierland Resort and Golf Club and Villas. Fabulous location for attending the Barrett Jackson Car Show, Arabian Horse Show, Phoenix Open and Spring Training Games. A short drive to great hiking at McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
The space
Comfortable and luxurious- great floor plan. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen with eat-in bar/nook and stools, huge, comfortable sectional with 65" TV, gorgeous dining room area and glider patio furniture make for a great vacation! **(Note: floors look brown in some of the pictures, they are actually grey)**

You will have the space all to yourself. Please note that the unit is on the second floor and you must use a flight of stairs to enter and leave the condo.

We loved our stay here! The owner was quite responsive and was able to accommodate a late check out and early check in which was so incredible! The condo was very nice and each bed was comfy! Lots of great amenities and we loved walking to Kierland for yummy food!

Stunning 3br Condo

Condo is beautifully furnished and spacious. It is located in a prime location in Kierland, walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Communication with owner was easy and helpful. Hope to stay here again. Rating is a 10 out of 10.

Christmas Break

We stayed at this property over Christmas break with our three teenage children. It was immaculate and contained all of the necessary items that one would need while away. It was beautifully decorated and it was a large space so comfortable for all. The pool and hot tub were always easy to access and enjoy for a day. The location is superb as you are able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would happily request to stay again. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to respond should you need them! Thank you!

Beautiful place, great location

This property was as described. Beautiful accommodations and lots of room. The use of the garage was great to have with all the hot weather. Location was perfect as it was easy to walk to the grocery store or Kierland Commons for restaurants and other amenities. Kimberlee was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this home and looking forward to coming back.

Great Stay!

Kimberlee is a fabulous host! The property is great and the location is fantastic and spacious. We also loved the pool area. The unit has almost everything you would need except a kettle, a portable speaker and full length mirrors in the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again!

Exquisitely decorated condo close to everything

This condo has everything that you would want. The pictures do not do it justice. Decor is gorgeous, beds and furniture are extremely comfortable, and it is located minutes away from shopping, restaurants, grocery store and freeway access. The owners are also extremely nice and respond quickly to any questions you might have. I highly recommend staying here.

Celebrate 40!

This was a perfect spot to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday! We made it a mother/daughters weekend! Easy drive from the airport, close to hiking trails, easy to walk to Kierland Commons and all the wonderful restaurants, pool and hot tub were great! We made some great memories!

We loved the location of the property. It was close to our family's home, wedding venue and lots of restaurants and shops. Great area to walk and or run! Pool and spa area were clean and grill were available too. All in all, a great location and a nice unit. As a "host", I would provide a few other things. Trash bags, more toilet paper and paper towels and directions on how to use the television and local stations. To the host: The master bath left sink did not drain properly. Thank you! 😊

Very close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Quick car ride to Old Town, or anywhere else you may need to travel to. Very clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer was a plus! Will hopefully stay here again!
