Casita has private entrance through the car port and is located behind the main house (VRBO listing 2302020). Full access to washer & dryer located behind the main house and the furnished patio and backyard (All are shared with the main house). Located in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Highway access less than 5 min away. PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2. Casita was completely remodeled in 2020 - almost everything was new! The full-size kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig machine, toaster oven and much more. There is a 50-inch TV with a Roku Ultimate Streaming Medial Player for using your Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Disney+ or other services with the secured WiFi. Definitely the cleanest and best kept! The shower was amazing and all the little extras came in handy. Our goldendoodle is in training to be a therapy dog and she loved the yard and not feeling like she was being punished with restrictions. We brought our Tesla charger and were able to plug it into the carport socket with no issues. Location was perfect for meeting up with friends and family at nearby restaurants and shopping. It’s a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, brew pubs, and just really nice walks. Cute, fully fenced yard, and comfortable patio furniture.
