This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been renovated from top to bottom with exceptional care and thoughtfulness. You will love the laminate floors, granite counters throughout, custom paint, upgraded bathrooms & fixtures, and ideal floor plan. The outdoor balcony has lush seating for 8 with spectacular morning sunrises and gorgeous mountain views. You can access the balcony from the master retreat or living room. Each bedroom and the living room have mounted Samsung Smart flat screen TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a light breakfast before heading out or even an elegant dinner with family and friends. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee with our Keurig coffee maker while appreciating the mountain views. The master retreat offers a brand new king bed, the ensuite has double sinks, walk in closet, soaking bath & shower option, and luxury towels provided. Our guest bedroom has two full size beds to easily accommodate 4 guests and a great nights rest. We also provide an air mattress an additional 2 guests. Your Phoenix Vista condo comes with full size appliances including new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. We also provide an electric water kettle, toaster, spice rack, professional grade pots & pans, wine glasses, luggage racks, ironing board, iron and so much more. Complimentary high speed wifi and cable also included. When you are not sleeping in, relaxing, or enjoying the balcony with family & friends you can explore the community itself. Our community offers 3 heated pools, hot tubs, BBQ area, walking paths, beautiful fountains throughout, tennis court, basketball court, quiet & gated community. You will also have a reserved parking space close to the condo which is convenient. It has aesthetically pleasing fountains located at the traffic circles within the gated community. The condo had everything we needed and Joel was very quick with his replies to our questions. Fully stocked and two minute walk to a wonderful pool and hot tub. Twenty minute drive to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Heard Museum. Kroger/Fry’s grocery store was just down the road. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony soaking in the Arizona sun. The pools are heated and everyone we encountered around the complex was very friendly and welcoming. The majority of our activities were about a 25 min drive, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The kitchen was well stocked. While we didn’t have any needs while we were there, Joel sent easy instructions on getting into the property which made it very easy. Very clean, has everything you need Joel is a wonderful owner. He checks in and makes sure everything is well and leaves you lots of great places to visit and also eat. The pool is wonderful it wasn’t super hot while we were there but pool was heated so we still got to enjoy it. You get a nice little parking spot and this place is close to everything. The home was just perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pools and the hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. We only scratched the surface of all of the things to see and do in Arizona and have put it on our list of places we'd like to return. The hosts were excellent and we felt very much at home there. Great property in Phoenix. Nice quiet neighborhood with a great central location to Phoenix and surrounding areas. Condo is very nice and spacious. Much better than a hotel. Space to relax with tvs in each room. Two bathrooms so no one is bickering. Very happy with our stay. Parking area is a little tight if you have a big rig like ours but we were able to park it in a spot along the fence no problem. Owner is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. (2 week stay) Positives first: • Inside the gate was very presentable, well kempt by the property management landscapers • Joel and Curtis communicated well with my wife and I about check in and followed up as we were settling in. • We felt we had privacy, which was great, although at one point I was a little confused when we were asked if they could come by to change the cable box….with only a couple days left of our stay. I have to say though, there was a mutual understanding that the cable outage didn’t bother us. • All necessary kitchen and laundry essentials were very well appointed • Great view of the hills from the patio and the pool was so great • They we’re gracious by allowing our pet into the condo • Very close to a grocery store (Fry’s) and a pretty central location to go wherever Things someone might want to consider/things we thought would have been different: • As mentioned above, inside the gate was very presentable…outside the gate doesn’t seem safe • Our sons bike was taken off of our car. Even though Joel contacted security, we were told there was “no suspicious activity”. Several cameras are located at all gates and a few through out the palms. Is someone inside the gate responsible? We’ll never know • Even though the house was presentable, the floors turn your feet black. It’s not regular ol’ dirt… (we vacuumed and swept several times) it must be the flooring or maybe it’s just never been mopped. All in all we are thankful for our stay 👍 ##### Molly K.
