We were worried about staying cool in 115 degree heat, but the home stayed cool and we were comfortable. I did report the ovens being dirty, and response was a deep cleaning was coming. I had actually intended on booking the property. The night before, but was up all night working on an obituary for my grandmother and realized I had missed a deadline for the following day. The property was amazing and perfect for our family of 6\. It was spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool was nice in the afternoon and the fire pit was great in the cooler evenings. It was a perfect location to catch a couple Red’s spring training games as well as day trips to Sedona and Camelback mountain. Highly recommend! ##### Michele R. Newer development/safe neighborhood. The home was immaculate inside and out and fully furnished. Heated pool with waterfall was great. The house is beautiful, clean, decorated nicely, and communication with the host is amazing. The heated pool is actually heated to a warm 90 degrees and we utilized the fire pit in the back. Very open family room with TV and fun sectional. The back yard space was very inviting too. Our communications with Mike and Kerry were always answered promptly with no issues.
