The spot was deep into downtown. Loved that. And place was clean. Had a few things I didn’t like. Camera is right above the door facing into the apartment when you open the door. It’s a ring doorbell and if you don’t look up when you walk in, you will miss it. It faces right inside. I like privacy, it didn’t give me that. Also has a big bug problem. Nats or fruit flies. Irritating. Also only 1 key so if you have company, it sucks you have to stay up or be there to let them in.Again, place was relatively clean, host asked for a lot tho. Needed passport/id pic even after the verification system already did that. What’s the point of verification if I have to do it twice?Other than that, I’d recommend people to stay here. What I don’t like, you may not care about. One of the best places to stay in Phoenix.
