This house is extremely clean with all of the necessary amenities (coffee, water, snacks toiletries, and more than generous kitchen spices and more). We were in town for an ASU graduation and our group loved all of the activities provided both indoors and out. The spa was warm and clean without us asking though we didn’t use it. Unlike many others they don’t require you to do all the housekeeping prep before you leave from your vacation (we took out the trash and recycle but they don’t ask you to). The cleaning fee was realistic and not inflated like most other listings. This wasn’t cheap but totally worth it for our large group. ##### Stephanie W.
