For guaranteed heating during this time, we offer an optional propane heating upgrade at $100 per night or $500 per week. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. Parties & Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. This is in accordance with City of Scottsdale regulations, which impose serious penalties for noise disturbances. Violations may result in fines and risk removal of the listing from hosting platforms. Security & Safety: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for occupancy verification and emergency use only. There are no cameras inside or in any private areas of the home. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. It has a beautiful spacious layout with 4 large bedrooms. Lots of room for our adult children and grandchildren to sleep.The backyard is spectacular! Large pool and attached hot tub, large sitting area and plenty of places to lay down and relax. Nice BBQ area and a cozy fire pit area to sit around in the evening.
