Definitely do the pool heat option if traveling in March or earlier. The layout of the kitchen/living/outdoor space is perfect for a group gathering. If you are traveling with littles it's worth noting that all three closets are big enough for a pack-n-play (bring your own) for a separate sleeping environment. The house is located within 20 minutes of the airport and many big attractions. The local contact Teri checked on us a few times via text, I'm sure she would have addressed any concerns if we had them. I personally enjoyed watching the hummingbirds come the yard while enjoying the backyard. The house is well stocked, nicely decorated, and is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We did not have any issues during our stay. The property manager, Teri, was thoughtful and reached out to us several days into the stay to make sure we were comfortable and to let us know she was available if we any and problems or questions. The back yard is great….we never left! The hot tub and pool are awesome. The key to the hot tub is to run the spa jets for a little while before getting in….it warms up pretty quickly. The house was super, and close to everything. We did a bunch of hiking in the mountains, saw the Cubs play, and got a great tan. Will come back and bring our teenagers. Also, the host has removed all of the “sometimes annoyances” you can run into at short term rentals.
