Tucked into the mountains of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, this private estate is your exclusive escape to the desert. Welcome to Mountainside Manor: a sprawling luxury retreat where panoramic mountain views, high-end finishes, and resort-style amenities come together for an unforgettable stay.  
  
Spread across nearly two acres, this six-bedroom estate offers the ultimate in seclusion without sacrificing convenience. Lounge poolside beneath swaying palms, challenge your group to a game in the oversized entertainment room, or gather under the stars around the fire pit with cocktails in hand.  
  
Inside, soaring ceilings, custom furnishings, and a chef’s kitchen set the tone for elevated desert living. The home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families, reunions, golf trips, or corporate retreats.  
  
Just minutes from trailheads, top-tier dining, and the best of Scottsdale and Phoenix, yet it feels like a world all your own.

There is an additional fee of $175 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

\-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.  
\-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍  
\-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.  
\-Must be at least 30 years old to book.  
\-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.  
\-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.  
\-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍
