BEDROOM AND BATHROOM SET UP: BEDROOM 1: King bed with private bathroom (sleeps 2 guests) BEDROOM 2: King bed with private bathroom (sleeps 2 guests) BEDROOM 3: Back bedroom king bed bathroom With shower (sleeps 2 guests) BEDROOM 4: Three full-sized bed (sleeps 6 guests) BEDROOM 5: King-sized bed (sleeps 2 guests) Additional sleeping space is the living room sofa that can fit 2 persons (sleeps 2 guests) There is a roll-away cot found in the master bedroom closet which can be used as an extra bed can sleep 1 guest. Please note the 1 full bed is the roll away bed. Full bathroom with bath in hallway Note: The security camera system is at the house for your own safety and for insurance liability reasons. There are 2 cameras on the property, one ring doorbell at the front door and one ring doorbell in the backyard. The cameras do not record videos but take pictures when movement is detected. POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool and do not touch the pool equipment. Doing so will result in a $500 fine for damages If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be an extra $50 per night booked. Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it. We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $150 for small dogs 20 pounds and below and a $250 pet fee for 20 pounds above per pet. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats. VAL VISTA LAKES CLUBHOUSE ACCESS: If you would like to access the clubhouse, a registration form must be completed in advance. We will need the names of all guests in your group. Additionally, there is a $125 fee, which is separate from your booking payment. This fee must be paid upon arrival at the clubhouse. Please note that only checks and money orders are accepted at this time—credit cards and cash are not currently an option. Access to the clubhouse is not guaranteed year-round. No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc. No lifeguards will be on duty. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of street parking. The house is very spacious for larger groups and we appreciated the flexibility to be able to have a couple extra cots for our large group. The sauna and pool were a big hit for us as well! Lots of space and bathrooms so we were not fighting for mirrors or showers. There was also plenty of room in the living room, at the dining table and the kitchen bar. The table games (shuffleboard and foosball) were fun to have. Outside we loved the patio furniture and fire pit. Again, plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils. The freezer makes large sphere shaped ice cubes, perfect for drinks, in addition to making regular ice as well. Games and fun times were had by everyone.
