Enjoy the large lagoon style heated pool that is surrounded by the a complete outdoor entertaining area. The Home is outfitted with bright art and fun details, and is meant to be enjoyed and spark creativity! Comfortably sleep 10 w/ more than enough room for everyone to relax in this stunning home inside and out. There is even a large loft/office bonus area. All just 10 mins to DT Scottsdale! The Space: This is a great space for a family getaway! The home is within walking distance to many restaurants such as La Grande Orange, Postino's, and a bike ride to Kachina Park! Just a 10 minute Drive to Old Town Scottsdale. The home is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal, with all premium quartz counter tops and Thermador appliances, this kitchen meets all your needs. The bathrooms features spa like amenities and are in abundance. The home is also an excellent place for hosting a fun movie night with a. 75" TV above the primary living room fireplace and additional kids lounge area upstairs with an additional 75" flatscreen so the kids have a place to lounge in a separate space. With multiple gathering areas, lounging and enjoying conversation with loved ones and soaking up the Arizona sun with seating all around the pool are easy to enjoy. We also have a pool fence for safety and peace of mind while enjoying this beautiful space with children. We also have 2 toddle life vests and floaty sets for the pool. Additionally we have a high chair and 2 pack-n-plays and 2 umbrella strollers on site for guests to use. \- Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests \- 4 Bedrooms, 3 Kings and 4 Twins. Twin beds are bunk beds. \- 3 Full and 2 Half bathrooms \- 4 parking spaces, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. To keep things peaceful, pool use and outdoor activities are limited to 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. We’re in a serene neighborhood, so respecting quiet hours (especially in the backyard and around the pool area) helps ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, neighbors included! \- As Arizona is home to unique desert wildlife, you may occasionally see native critters, including scorpions and spiders, despite regular pest control. \- We have landscapers, pest service, and pool service. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Our only issues (very minor) is that there were not enough towels for the amount of guests we had and we couldn’t find any more on the property. This beautiful accented home is the perfect place to host a large family gathering or celebration as we did. As a professional chef the kitchen is amazingly laid out and well stocked. And if that wasn’t enough there is an outside grilling area for even more options to enjoy the pool. The rooms are exquisite and the beds are incredibly comfortable definitely not like sleeping in a usual rental. Plenty of bathrooms, amenities and space for everyone to relax and enjoy alone space or congregate around the great room fireplace or outside fire pit. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautifully art inspired property. Would absolutely recommend this home centrally located to everything. And our host are amazing making certain everything was constantly as expected. Will definitely return. ##### Jesse L. We love to cook and simply relax in the pool under the sun. This was the right place for everything we wanted. All amenities were of good quality and just like home.
