All communication with the owners was quick and helpful. Nice clean property that seemed to be remodeled recently. Location was nice for spring training games, shopping, and great restaurants. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated. The temperature was in the 90s when we were there but the pool water was still really cold as it was only March. The owners didn’t claim to have a heated pool so no fault on them! Im just letting others know who may be unaware as I was. And maybe having a heater with the option of paying for it would be nice.?
