Anthem's prime location allows for quick access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Head north on the I-17 to reach stunning and iconic destinations like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff. Make your short-term stay memorable with Anthem Allure—a delightful blend of comfort, luxury, and convenient exploration. Please note: The TV is a Smart TV, but there is no cable or TV package provided. \*\* Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. \*\* Casago House Rules \~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Great neighborhood with nice people. This place had pretty much everything needed for our two month stay. The kitchen was great as my husband loves to cook. Anthem is short on places to eat out so plan on traveling if you like to do that. Safety was my main issue when looking for a winter retreat from the iowa cold. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time outside in the beautifully landscaped back yard. They allowed dogs and they loved it as well. Streaming television was a bit different for us as we have cable but it was fine and we didn’t really need it. We’ve looked into booking again to that area next year if we decide to go back to Arizona. Great area for day trips to Sedona, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Cave Creek.
