Guests will enter through the front, walk along the driveway, unlatch the gate, and continue through the backyard to reach the casita. Escape to this cozy 1BR casita in central Phoenix. Enjoy a king-sized bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and a clean bathroom. Relax in the living room or explore nearby dining, shopping, and attractions. Make yourself at home! ➤ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for regular cars or SUVs only (no trailers, mobile homes, boats, or anything not considered a regular car or SUV). I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock. Located in a central Phoenix neighborhood, this casita offers easy access to the best of the city. You’ll find local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores just around the corner. Downtown Phoenix, the Biltmore area, and popular attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, and Desert Botanical Garden are only a short drive away. With quick access to AZ-51 and I-10, exploring the wider Phoenix area is simple and convenient. 🚗 Car: Easy access to AZ-51 and I-10 makes driving around Phoenix quick and convenient. 🚕 Rideshare/Taxi: Uber and Lyft are widely available for fast, hassle-free trips. 🚌 Public Transit: Valley Metro bus stops are nearby, connecting you to downtown and beyond. 🚲 Biking: The neighborhood is bike-friendly with nearby lanes and flat terrain. ✈️ Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about a 15-minute drive. ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can\`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal) 3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests. 6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed. 7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. 8\. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee. 9\. Lost fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved. 10\.
