Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.   
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each  
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Please keep in mind, this home is in a family neighborhood. We want you to enjoy your time, but please be respectful of noise, the neighbors and the home even outside of quiet hours. No loud music or excessive noise allowed during quiet hours. This home has a zero tolerance for parties.  
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.  
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property  
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150  
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.  
  
Please note our policy for items left behind:  
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.  
  
\* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

We loved the neighborhood- nice for walking. The house is lovely- spacious, great layout for a group, well equipped kitchen, relaxing back yard space to enjoy the sunshine!

The house is very nice and clean remodeled older home and located in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the airport. The property is managed by an outside company (Porter), who were very responsive and helpful. My only complaint (if there was one) is that the kitchen is not well stocked. We have stayed at 25 VRBOs and usually the kitchens are so well stocked with bowls, baking items, appliances, etc that there is no room for our food. This kitchen was bare basics, so don't plan on cooking a holiday meal here without buying some kitchen supplies. There were some very basic seasonings, but no salt, sugar, tin foil, saran wrap, etc. so we had bought all of that. Again, not a huge deal, but you should be aware. The only other thing I would mention is the master bedroom was very warm in comparison with the rest of the house. We stayed in October, so I imagine the summer months are very warm in the master suite.

The house was very nice. Some of the doors did not open with the door code - the most inconvenient was the garage door opener inside the garage. Some of the instructions need to be updated: Information in the house said the pool cleaner would come on Monday but he came on Thursday while we were swimming. Instructions said to take trash out to the alley but the gate was locked so we couldn't access the trash bin without walking around other homes to get to the alley. But the house itself was great and we would stay there again.
