The room was a nice size but there is no insulation in the walls between the rooms. We were woken by the sink running water in the room next to us where our bed headboard was located on the same wall.

We stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament and this property did not disappoint! Everything about it was awesome! Staff was friendly and room was nice and clean! It was conveniently located near a shopping area and freeway. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel with everything you would need for a great stay. We booked a club room which was on the top floor and would definitely choose this option again. The access to the M club was convenient - offering breakfast, light evening hors-d'oeuvres and all day bottled water/juice/sodas/coffee and chips/fruit/granola bars. The staff who manage the M club were hard working, clearing tables and ensuring they're clean at all times while replenishing food items promptly. I would recommend offering hot water throughout the day for us tea drinkers. There were tea bags available, but no access to hot water. Rooms don't have a microwave. Our room had two queen beds and it was a bit tight getting out of the bed closest to the window because of a chair/table/lamp combo beside it. This combo, although looking chic, was unused and in the way. Towels are thick and bed was semi-firm. Front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking on the property and unlike many hotels in Arizona, parking is free. Pool is a good size with towels available. The lounge chairs were very comfortable - not your run of the mill, plastic beach chair. You will need a car as it's in an area off the highway and not much is within walking distance, but lots of things within 5-15 min drive depending on traffic. Would stay here again when in the area.

The room had a musty smell, bed was uncomfortable, and the AC needed to be placed on lowest setting to keep running. For the money spent and rating it had we expected more from Marriott. Also the coffee place closed at 11 am.

This Hotel is well worth the money. Super clean, even with large groups. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Pool was just the right temp.

Just awful!! Rooms are apparently the contemporary / no furniture / storage where you just spread your stuff around the room on the floor and ledges that are meant for who-knows-what! Linens were cheapest possible as was toilet paper (at least expected that and brought own!) Decided not to get maid service once we realized they were cheaping out EVERYTHING ! Afraid staff would be so underpaid they’d not be safe / left decent tip on departure nonetheless ! Gotta be a way, Expedia, to know when rooms are unlivable !!

I had problems notifying the hotel we were arriving late and was told it was because I booked through Orbitz. It took approximately 15 minutes to reach the hotel front desk to let them know we needed them to hold our room. Once we checked in around 10 pm, we entered our room and noticed a strong sewer smell. We asked for a new room only to find the next room smelled worse than the first one. The third room was fine and all was well. Until the next evening when we returned to the same smell. The whole floor seemed to be having some sort of smell problem. We again asked for a room change and floor change and were offered a nice room. I appreciated the staff for accommodating our request.

The male who checked us in was rude...unpleasant...and appeared eagar to quickly check us in even though no one else was waiting. We believe his was there for the paycheck and not to represent Marriot. Bad first impression but the rest was excellent!

Bathroom shower doors, so hard to slide. The bathroom door does not have a lock on it. I couldn’t prop the main door open. The lever did not work. But it was for one night, with friends to come over for a drink. Bathroom door not able to lock. I had to put up a sign to say knock first. They did accommodate my wishes. As far as where I wanted my room to be.

Our room was not cleaned, we came back late the second night and asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves. Also the comforter has spots on it, just discusting so we asked for a clean one. I just can’t believe we covered up with it the first night and didn’t notice the spots. Never again.
