Very bad experience! Poor customer service, dirty place with bugs, smell cigarette in the room, stains on the carpet, curtains. This hotel looks unsafe and for shady activities. Property says no cigarette but people smoke in front of their room and even inside. Front desk is rude and doesn’t know how to respect their guests. I will never book with this hotel anymore!

It really wasn’t a bad place. Price was right. It was clean. A little dated. Has a pool. Looks clean but didn’t use. Neighborhood is a little rough. I would stat here again if needed

It was a solid stay. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Pool is nice but didn’t get to use it. Restaurant is currently closed. Not much dining in walking distance.

Their photos show a sparkling blue pool…..90 degree heat, pool was a shade of green/brown….YUCK! Hardly an enjoyable stay! No breakfast, and restaurant closed on property…..had to pay for rides just to get a drink. NEVER AGAIN! Expedia should be ashamed to have this hotel on their website as a 3 star hotel….it more like a 1/2 star hotel.

The room was filthy. The tub was dirty. Spider webs and other questionable stuff on the walls and ceiling. Carpet was dirty. The other occupants were extremely noisy from about 1am until early morning. I almost felt like they lived there.

Pictures were misleading
We didn’t end up staying. When we got to our room the carpet was stained, the bedding was stained, the wall in the bathroom was falling apart and it reeked of bleach to the point that if we stayed we would have gotten a respiring disease. The pool was also a murky colour, would not swim. We checked out after 10mins

It was very noisy at 8am and was woken up because of all of the renovations. There where nails in the parking lot because of it which also caused it to destroy my tire

Do not stay - dirty, unkept & not cared for
So dirty. Carpet unmentioned. But even sheets had hair & stains on them. Pool was green. So unfortunate since this hotel could have a fun retro feel. Management not investing in it any longer. I even changed rooms but same filth. The girl at front desk was pleasant & accommodating the best she could. Felt a bit unsafe

The room was dirty and it looked like the sheets were never changed. Told front desk because of COVID-19 housekeeping could not come in to the room. The had hair All over it. They say they have a 8.4 rating that is a Big lie.

The style is cool. An oasis amid new housing. The courtyard is loaded with exotic singing birds. The place was clean. The pool maintenance guy uses a net, but no chlorine.

Okay for short stay
It was worth the price for a cheap, quick stay. The bathroom was dirty and tub didn’t drain, but there was a clean bed and fridge. Parking was limited and crowded. Easy check in process.

The Papago inn was nice. The staff was friendly and nice. It was more then i expected for the price we paid. The only thing i would complain about is the smell when you turn on the AC (smells like smoke) it goes away after a minute. Over all it was a great experience and we would stay there again 😀

On Orbitz it said hotel had a restaurant and a bar but it’s been close for two years now.. The main reason why I selected this place is because it had a Hotel Restaurant bar on site.. I had two rooms one of them was OK the other one the floor was so ratty dirty there was stains all over the floor disgusting.. they have extension cords on extension cords which is a fire hazard in rooms, And both rooms the AC vents or so dusty it was clear they haven’t been cleaned in a long time..

Cute property, but needs a little renovation. Small gym/yoga room area. Laundry room, microwave and ice machine. Juice and coffee in the front lobby. Lounge was closed, but we were able to eat our Uber eats, lay by the lovely pool, and charge our phone before heading to our late flight back home.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. The room on the other hand was filthy and very run down. Exposed pipes and holes in the walls. Dirt in every corner. We walked in and immediately walked out. Front desk was very nice about the situation and refunded my card. We ended up reserving a different room at Comfort Suite just up the block. Would not attempt to stay here again.

It was a great price. But you get what you pay for . The receptionist was rude from the start. Didn’t greet us when we walked in. Our room needed to be “cleaned” so we couldn’t check in early. Once we got into our room (2hours later) it was still dirty. Bed was messy Long hairs in the sink, used half took of toilet paper, 3 towels, black stains on sheets, comforters and pillow cases.

When my family arrived at the property at check in time, we were told thaf out room was not clean and ready yet and to come back in an hour. We came back and was told that there was 14 other people in front of us that needs there room to be cleaned. We were tired and need a place to rest so we called a representative to help us with this situation and they helped.
