Communication from the very beginning was HORRIBLE. We never heard till we were at the house how to even get in. Two of 4 pumps in hot tub didn’t work, no ice or water from fridge (needed new filter), no dishwasher soap, no Saran Wrap for food, ran out of toilet paper, no hair conditioner. Had to make expensive trips to grocery store to stock the place.
