It has a wonderful ranch style layout, beautifully appointed, all modern appliances and fixtures. We are a family of 4 and stayed in our wing of the house. Guests stayed in the extra bedroom on the other side of the house so we felt like we had plenty of space and privacy. The house is extremely well equipped and very clean. The outdoor area is a perfect space for games, exercising, relaxing. The view of Camelback is beautiful. Joseph was easy to contact and helpful. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful home over Thanksgiving week with our extended family of 7 people, ranging in age from 9 years to 73 years old. The home is brand new - so everything is in great condition - but the owner also made sure that it is well stocked with everything that guests may need during their visit, along with things that will truly make their stay more enjoyable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. While the inside of the house is beautiful and well decorated, the outdoor living space makes this vacation rental absolutely outstanding! The fire pit, great seating areas and heated pool made us never want to leave the house - along with all the beautiful turf areas and great outdoor games the home owner provided (corn hole, bocce ball, etc.). Joe was extremely responsive and helpful during our entire stay.
