The pool key didn’t work. The host told us he was aware of that from previous renters and was working on it but in the meantime we could use another pool. He gave us the wrong directions and when we finally found the other pool we couldn’t access that one either. He only offered partial reimbursement AFTER we asked for compensation for spending a great deal of time trying to take our grandkids for a swim. We waited 7 business days, still no reimbursement. We then contacted him 2-3 times and he has not responded at all. The property was clean and it was so nice to move into a place that had all of the necessities (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper, a few coffee pods, a few coffee filters, etc.) until such time we got to shop.
