The property is centrally located and super convenient to shopping, airports and other activities and attractions. Super great communication and accommodating for us needing an early check in! We loved the property with so much to do, the pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The boys say the putting greens are excellent. The back party pad is epic. First, the property… It’s exactly as advertised, well, probably even better. When they say it’s a compound they are not kidding. You seriously can come & not leave the property for the entire stay there is so much to do. They have hundreds of board games, the game room full of every fun game you can think of, beer pong, cornhole, basketball, putting, fire pit, gym & of course the pool/hot tub- endless things to do! If you do need to leave the house, the house is located in a great location in a very central part of town that is pretty much 20 minutes from everything you would want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. There are many great restaurants & things you need just five minutes down the road including Costco and Target The house came extremely well equipped for a VRBO with literally everything you could need & more & extra everything from paper towels and toilet paper to garbage bags -you name it the house had it all including Band-Aids Now you can’t stay at this property without talking about the host. Seriously, he bent over backwards to accommodate us! He was super responsive. I booked this property months in advance & texted him multiple times with questions & he always responded almost instantly. Any request I had he was willing to accommodate. I’ve never had a host be so accommodating. He let us check in eight hours early and didn’t charge us a dime. There were plenty of activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors.
