The outdoor resort amenities include a heated infinity edge pool, spa, patio dining, gas fire pit and more. Two built in grills, a sink and fridge will delight your outdoor chef. Optional pool heat is $95.00 per day to heat the pool to 80°F. Two bikes are ready to explore the lovely community. STILLPOINT VISTA overlooks Sunridge Golf Course which is a public course with reasonable rates and par of 71\. The course blends with the McDowell Mountain canyons and ridges to create a unique and rewarding desert golf experience. Our guests praise the natural beauty of the course along with the unforgettable play and scenic views. \~ SENSATIONAL & STYLISH \~ The elegant great room is spacious with large pocket doors and windows that blend the indoor with outdoor ambiance. New smart TVs have been added throughout the home and all bedrooms have TVs. There have been many upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. The primary suite has its own staircase and large sitting area with views of the foyer, great room and outdoor paradise. It features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, en suite bath, walk-in closet and desk with chair for your remote work. The en suite bath has a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanities. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Walk down a few steps from the front entrance to a second primary suite on the ground level with a king bed, TV, en suite bath. walk-in closet, desk and sliding doors to a patio. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower. Also on the ground level is an upgraded guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are 2 mid levels with a few steps between each level. A bedroom on the first mid level has 3 queen beds: 1 set of queen bunks and a queen bed. There is also a TV and plush sofa in this bedroom. The next mid level has a bedroom with twin king beds, TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath with a tub-shower combo. The upper level bedroom has a king bed, TV and desk with chair for remote work. There is garage parking for 2 cars and driveway spaces for 4 vehicles. A variety of golf courses and trails for hiking or biking are a short commute. The modern highway transports you to Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Tempe in a matter of minutes. Payson, known as the "heart" of Arizona, and the Mogollon Rim are a one hour drive and well worth your time if you are looking for majestic scenery and four season recreational activities. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. I can’t say enough about the views. The views of the mountains and golf course are amazing. I highly recommend the nearby golf course. We will definitely book another stay here. Séjour de 16 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Brian N. 13 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice Stay in a Beautiful Location We booked this property to use for a family reunion of adults and children over 3 days and the location was gorgeous. By-and-large, the reunion was a success, and the facilities were perfect for our needs. I have not given the rating 5 stars, however, due to a few issues, which I’ll go into. The property had recently suffered a broken water pipe, which entailed contractors in to repair the damage, and although all of the cosmetic repairs were not completed prior to our arrival, we were grateful that the reservation wasn’t cancelled on us at short notice and that we were able to use it. We were fine with the unfinished dry wall in some of the locations, but when we arrived, there was a pile of construction debris just outside the front door and a large dewatering machine standing in the entrance foyer, both of which we had to hide before the other guests arrived. Although everyone truly enjoyed the stay, given the “luxury” price paid, it would’ve been nice if a price reduction / refund had been offered, since the property was no longer “what we had booked” several weeks earlier - although, granted, due to the unanticipated circumstances of a broken water pipe… Also, we had paid extra to ensure that the pool and spa were fully heated, but when we arrived, this was not the case. After leaving several voicemails with the property contact, Wes, a repairman was sent out sent out the next day to fix the heater. To his credit, Wes refunded the extra paid for the heating. ##### Brian N. Fountain Hills is quickly becoming one of our favorite getaway locations. This home was perfectly situated above a golf course, the pictures in the listing only give you a glimpse of how beautiful the views are. The pool is perfect, the outdoor space, although a bit aged, is really spectacular. We spent 95% of our waking time on the back deck. The interior of the home was very clean, each room was well equipped and all of the beds were comfortable. Lots of different spaces for a large group. Our four boys had a blast exploring and referred to it as a castle. The shuffleboard was a hit. The kitchen needs a bit of tlc. The fridge had an odd smell, the gas stove made a clicking sound that was slightly unnerving and the oven temp numbers are rubbed off so it's tough to know what your setting it at. Really, all were fine, but for a beautiful home like this I think it would be worth fixing or updating the older appliances. The property manager was ok, he was as helpful as he needed to be. One big suggestion: Replace all of the bath towels in the house. They smell terrible once they get wet, as if they've been used for years and years and the sweaty/mildewy smell just doesn't leave them. All in all, a near perfect trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great outdoor space/view, and has a large group. ##### Trina D. The Pool and Hot Tub are fantastic. 3\. Great location with easy access to various places. 4\. Space - The house it quite large with plenty of room. 5\. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The house also has som drawbacks 1\. The house is in need of a general upgrade, paint, furniture, kitchen cabinets, rugs, fridge and stove, and other small things. Squeaky fans. The refrigerator smells and needs to be replaced. It also has a lot of ware on the inside (rust) and outside. Master bathroom sinks spill water all over the place. Master bedroom mattress is very warn and has dents from age. For the price point of the house, the interior is not up to par. 2\. Technology in the house is wonky and inconsistent. Some of TVs are all different and can be hard to use. 3\. Patio furniture is a bit old and warn. Useable but showing a lot of ware. 4\. Its an older home (2007) and you can tell the tech was added over time. Lots of wires all over the place. 5\. Movie / pool table room is quite warn. Pool table is older, walls need painted and tech is a bit dated and thrown together. 6\. Would be great to have a grocery service for people arriving late in the evening (nice to have). ##### Dan B. The views are absolutely beautiful, and outdoor living space complete with infinity pool and spa were highlights of this gorgeous home. Never made me feel like I was bothering him. House was so clean beautiful and perfect for a dinner party. Will say that Waze doesn’t have an accurate location for house. The home is beautiful, spacious and just as the listing describes. We enjoyed the pool and views (oh the views!!) during the day and the open kitchen/den at night. We love the Fountain Hills area, as it is slower and quieter but it was only a 20 minute drive to the Scottsdale action. Wes was great with communicating before we arrived and check-in was easy. The only downside is the fact that there dead insects everywhere, hair in drains as well as beds.
