The home was extremely clean and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the bathrooms (motion-sensor trash cans and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided). Everything we could possibly need for our toddlers was provided. There were books, games, a step stool, a potty seat, stuffies on the beds, and even kid-friendly plates and silverware. The “rainbow room” was their favorite!The backyard was hands-down the highlight. Our kids had an amazing time on the car roller coaster and swings, while the rest of us enjoyed corn hole and the large fire pit. The outdoor lighting in the evening was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet at night.James was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We truly have nothing negative to say-this was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Phoenix! ##### Olivia K. The check out was the best I have had, they didn’t ask us to do a million chores before leaving like I have experienced in the past. The rooms were great and the kitchen is beautiful but the highlight for us was the backyard and the games to pass the time.
