The host was quick to respond to questions. A lot of attention was paid to details. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely stocked. It has a chef quality kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The washer and dryer were great. We most of all enjoyed the outdoor space with the bbq, heated pool, hot tub, beautiful citrus trees and a fragrant rosemary bush. The pool table was a lot fun. We did have a problem with the hot tub. It worked fine the first day but when we tried to use it the breaker tripped. I contacted the owner and he quickly got a handyman to come out to look at it. He ended up coming out twice over the weekend but wasn't able to get it fixed.The owner was very responsive but unfortunately it would require a hot tub repair company to replace a faulty circuit board and they weren't available until after our stay. Because of this, he offered us a discount since we didn't get to use it for our entire stay.This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood and the location is great. It has many restaurants and attractions nearby. We look forward to returning for a future stay. ##### Chad E.
