Enjoy this stunning standalone private villa in the heart of Phoenix. This fully-renovated 800 sq.ft. gem is the perfect retreat for families, couples or friends. Immerse yourself in history and modern design with the recently completed renovation in Feb. 2023. Be one of the first guests to experience the unique blend of classic charm and contemporary elegance at this one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of downtown Phoenix right on "Roosevelt Row".

This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!

- LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 4 people.

- BEDS - there is a queen bed in the room, and sofa bed in the living room.

- KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals.

- BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay.

- Unit # 7 is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor.

- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor.

- PARKING: Street parking only.
Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.

- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.

- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.

- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.

- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.

This unit is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 7.

* By public transportation: The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue & Van Buren Street Station, which is located about 0.7 miles from the property. From there, you can walk, take a taxi, or use a ride-sharing service to reach the address.

* By taxi or ride-sharing service: You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to reach the property directly. Simply enter the address as your destination and let the driver take you there.

- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

Wonderful apartment with less than a dozen units in a great neighborhood with nice front yard.

The apartment is much like it's shown and described in the Vrbo listing. The management company was very easy to communicate with. Although the Bedroom is on the smaller side, but has high ceilings and large windows that make it feel more spacious. There is convenient storage in slide out drawers beneath the bed, as well as a good sized closet. The Living/Dining area is large, with the high ceilings feels even larger. The Kitchen is on the small side but with nice appliances, a Keurig coffer maker and all the basic necessities. The Bathroom is very functional and the towels are nice quality.

Adequate description, but not my cup of tea

This apartment is a cute place. I originally booked for the location being close to the metro and near enough to downtown without the added cost. The kitchen was a plus and the amenities listed appeared to be sufficient for our stay. Upon arriving, the property was very clean, access was adequate, and the apartment was well presented. Overall, I would not stay here again for personal reasons. The metro station nearest the apartment was out of service, the kitchen accessories were not suitable for our needs. There or directions, stating that there was an extra mattress pad for the pullout, couch, bed, and we were.not equipped with one. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and therefore we ended up having to pull the mattress off and use it on the floor and the pillows are not comfortable. The neighborhood is safe enough, but there were some questionable individuals across and down the street. Again, this is not a bad place to stay and the description is pretty accurate on the site, but it is not a place I would choose again.

Wonderful property in a great location

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It's located in a fun neighborhood with lots of options for food and entertainment. Plus it has quick access to the freeway so that you can easily go anywhere else that you need. It was clean and fit our need well.
