When I contacted AZ Getaway Rental about the discrepancy, they refused to issue any type of refund. Despite reaching out multiple times for a partial refund, my emails were completely ignored. The unit itself was in poor condition. It was not clean, and I was disappointed to discover that their rental operating permit was expired. The TV and stove were cracked. The TV was not working at all. No one was sent to address the issue until the following day. In addition, there were no cookware utensils provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. I ended up having to sleep on a squeaky sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a restful vacation. The building is historic in itself and the area is super cute. The apartment was perfect for me , reminded me of my home back in Los Angeles. Very cozy and I loved cooking in that kitchen every night. And the washer / dryer was a life saver ! One this I would say it is an old building so you’ll hear everything going on upstairs if you’re on the first floor but everyone was pretty respectful . Will definitely come back !! ##### Michelle G.
