If you prefer your meals to be a bit more gourmet, head inside to utilize the full kitchen outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six. Additional seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. Later, savor an after-dinner coffee or cocktail in the enclosed entry courtyard, equipped with chairs and a table for two. The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5\. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay. THINGS TO KNOW In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Basic equipment to tune up bikes available for guest use. Pool is five feet deep. TPT License 21187591. STR Permit number: #15445183 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The house was very poorly stocked with items like dishwasher detergent and condiments though. Vacas leaves what they call a "welcome package" with dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and a couple trash bags. It's really wastefully for the guest to buy an entire box of dishwasher detergent and condiments like ketchup that we couldn't use up in 1 week. We weren't even left enough trash bags to make it through the week. There were no napkins or even tissue so you have to buy your own or blow your nose with toilet paper. Disappointing to have to buy items like trash bags or feel like you have to ration them on your vacation but even more annoying is all of the errands it caused because we realized we couldn't ration it enough and then had to go to the store for more. ##### Katie P.
