alors ca depend des chambres , mais si sous escalier, chambre très sombre , cafetiere en panne , pas assez de serviette, meme si ces désagrements ont été resolu a la demande par contre , pas content du tout, car j,avais une reservation pour 3 chambres (8 pers , 3 familles) et il est vrai que je n'ai pas verifier en rentrant dans l'établissement , (fin de sejour), mais apres avoir donné mon nom, l;hotesse nous a donné seulement 2 chambres de retour en france, j'ai verifié , car l;hotel m'avais retiré la caution (deposit) de 75 dollars j'ai appelé ebookers , qui a fait la démarche de relboursement de la chambre et des 75 dollars ok pour les 75 , SANS COMPTER LES FRAIS BANCAIRES, par contre la 3 ème chambre , rien à faire je trouve ca deplorable , leur reponse , c'est ma faute j'aurais du demander les 3 chambres, aucunement la leur qui pourtant a un numero de reservation qui comporte 3 chambre, dons resultat plus de 100 euros de perdu ceci dit , la piscine est très agreable et le petit dejeuner correct

Extrêmement malpropre, tapis dans la chambre très très sale, rempli de tâches, y marcher quelques minutes et bas noirs de saleté! Porte très sale, excréments d’oiseaux partout, aires extérieures semblent jamais être nettoyés.

Key I was given didn’t work so a housekeeper let me in after she kept running over my luggage. A random man knocked on my door with paint brush to I guess paint the room. Room was not clean. Ice maker didn’t work.

The free shuttle isn't 24 hours so I had to pay $20 (flat rate) for cab ride to airport. Hard to get back into building to check out at 3:45 am to get cab to airport.

Continental breakfast, small atrium/ patio area on property. Quiet, clean and elevators. The only problems I had was the volume button didn't work on the TV remote control but I didn't have time to inquire about it. I could hear the TV, but I couldn't adjust the volume. Another note, I drove there, and parked my car right outside, the front of the hotel to check out and one of thr other guests was mad because I was blocking the airport van transportation to the airport. The sign was not that noticeable to not park right outside the front doors to check in/out.

The bed was comfortable, the aircon and lights worked, but couldn’t get the tv to work. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade, but the price was enticing. The desk and evening shuttle staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all it met my basic needs.

Indifferent help at check in, misinformation as to where elevator was located, door for bathroom did not close all the way. The bathroom was not properly cleaned had mold around the tub, Trash & dirty walk ways oitside. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Hasn't been upgraded for a long time, so old looking rooms and maintenance has been sloppy/lacking over the years. it was clean and the TV and AC worked, so it may the minimal acceptable conditions.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. During that entire time, they came to empty the trash once. That’s it. No cleaning of the bathroom, no clean sheets, nothing. Out of 4 lights in the bathroom, only 2 worked. The shower and sink water took forever to heat up and there were no stoppers in either. Almost lost an item into the sink drain because of the missing stopper. No microwave, no mini fridge. The window didn’t seal properly so the winds whistled and traffic noise was clearly heard. There were holes in the carpet and the entire room was in need of serious updating. Oh, and my room key card constantly kept not working and I’d have to go back down to the desk and have it reset.

The waffle machine was out of order 3 of the 4 days that we were there. The king mattress dipped to the middle and was bumpy. Definitely needed replacement. Everything else was fine.

So, the night staff is terrible, the day staff is wonderful. Handicap room was horrible, it was adjoining room, which of course had a door to the room behind us. It was like you were in the same room as the person who coughed all night. This place has been refurbished recently, but not all rooms. Drains are very slow. We called for shuttle 7 pm and no one answered the phone at hotel for over 25 rings two times. Finally I called reservations and they transferred me to hotel after about 5 minutes. The shuttle driver was not helpful, I fell back trying to step into van. We found out the next daytime ride we had they have a step for customers. Nighttime driver didn't even offer it to us. Asked nighttime check-in, if we could change rooms and she said no. So, no sleep that 1 night. In the AM called desk, they said no problem and the room was terrific. You do hear airplane noise and the restaurant that was next to Inn is closed. Very old property. Very Clean.

I am awaiting a call back for a refund but I left room 142 yesterday and I’m covered in bed bug bites. They said they would get back to me about a refund to make sure I wasn’t lying about bed bugs being in the room. Make sure you check EVERYTHING before laying your head down at night here. I’m not pretentious and love to rough it out in cheep hotels but this was gross beyond what I’ve ever experienced. The bathroom, specifically the bathtub is brown on the floor so make sure to bring shower shoes. If you are expecting a grand free breakfast keep in mind it’s just pastries eggs and sausage and some cereal and coffee, the waffle iron broke the day we got there sadly. Besides all of that, The rest of our stay was pleasant, the pool is great, the housekeeping was amazingly nice, front desk helpful. Just don’t stay here unless you call and confirm the bed bugs are not there anymore.

The motel is sufficient for an overnight stay close to the airport. We chose it for location, continental breakfast & airport shuttle. Had to move rooms due to an issue with the card lock, 2nd room had cigarette smoke smell but staff deodorized the room for us, then it was fine. Bed was comfortable, staff was great, very friendly. A bit noisy from the freeway & early morning talking outside our door. Breakfast was typical motel food, met our needs. Nice courtyard with outdoor seating areas.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the gentleman who checked me in offered me so great options of what I could order around the area and had also offered me water when he noticed that was running on empty and tired after I came to this hotel last minute when I ran into issues with my original hotel booking down the street.

The bed sizes were supposed to be queens, but they were definitely smaller than that, probably doubles. And they were quite hard. My daughter forgot her favorite pajama pants in the room when we checked out. I called the next day to get them back. The front desk was supposed to have housekeeping call me back, but nobody did. I called 3 more times over the next 5 days, but nobody ever called back. I finally spoke with the manager, and even they didn’t call me back. Finally I was told that the pants were not in the lost and found, and there was nothing else they could do. We definitely know the pants were in the room, so they must have thrown them out or something. Not impressed with their customer service and lack of concern about the missing pants. The only positive about this hotel is that it was close to the airport, which is why we picked it.

Unhappy with the lack of room housekeeping. had to ask to get someone to do the room and the last day all we were given were bathroom supplies (given to us at the door entrance) after 2 days of nothing. Front counter staff were super and helpful and very friendly.
