Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors $200 penalty for lost key fobs No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs \[similar breed\] Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The carpet is very tired and worn out for such a nice space. It's frankly kinda gross to walk around on without shoes. Definitely needs to be replaced. One half of the dual electrical outlet in the middle bedroom on the right side of the bed does not work. The sliding door plastic blinds in the back bedroom needs to be replaced. As soon as we tried to open the blinds 4 of the plastic pieces fell down. Like they were vicariously placed into position. Lastly...it would be nice if at least 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a TV. They are only about a 100 these days. We were surprised that they just hung a dollar store little picture on the wall instead. ##### James S.
