Situated in North Scottsdale and just a couple of miles away from Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter, N Scottsdale Blvd, Barrett-Jackson auto auction, Waste Management TPC golf courses, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Visit Scottsdale Old Town and check out all the beautiful galleries. Tons of local events happening almost every week! Less than 25 minutes to PHX airport and all Spring Training stadiums. This 3 bedroom, 3 baths with over 2200 sq ft to roam free. Enjoy playing games with everyone! From the board games, Foosball, large outdoor Chess/Checkers, wall Scrabble set to the 65 games to chose from arcade system, you won’t be bored in this home! The lush landscaping is like paradise that you wouldn’t want to leave. Lemon & Tangerine trees, fresh herbs to make a cocktail too! Lounge around in the pool or relax in the spa (heated pool is available). Show off your chef cooking skills on the Weber grill and entertain your guests! Watch the game on the outdoor TV while laying on the patio swing or cozy up at the gas firepit table. Come inside to get away from the summer heat with dual AC and ceiling fans in every room. Fully remodeled with something to do for everyone but you are on vacation so just relax! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal for your guests down to the spices! Master Suite has a King size bed & 55” TV, large walk-in shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. Guest Suite has a Queen bed & its own bathroom and walk-in closet too. Hall bedroom has a Twin over Full bunkbed. A queen air mattress bed is available but at an additional cost. Please request in advance. A child playpen and even a kiddie dual lounger to make sure they feel extra special! Heating the pool in the fall/winter is expensive. Spa only takes 20 mins to heat up while the pool will take much longer. Advance notice is required for the pool. Cost for the heating fee is extremely high which I absorb the additional costs. The yard and landscaping are gorgeous and my kids loved picking up the lemons to make lemonade. The pool, hot tub and yard games were great and got lots of use. The pool temp was perfect and we appreciated the large shades over it to provide a little break from the sun. The rooms were all wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The house location was ideal for us as well. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood good for walks. Within 20 minutes of many great hiking spots and we even did a day trip to Sedona which only took about 1hr 45 mins. Communication with Stacy was quick and easy. The home is clean, the amenities were perfect and the pool was used everyday by our two grandsons (8 and 10 yo). We paid to have the pool heated which allowed everyone to swim or spa everyday. The Pac-Man console was a throw back to the grandparents' day and it was fun to share our knowledge of video games with the younger generations. The outside sitting area is shaded and perfect for eating outside.Communication with the owner was flawless and questions were answered within minutes.Location to the spring training baseball parks was easy. And, location to other Scottsdale sites was also easy. R. 25 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful home and property Our family of four, children ages 9 & 10, had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great shape with a lot of fun perks for kids and adults alike. The back yard was a little slice of heaven. It felt very welcoming in every way. The pool and spa (we paid extra to heat—worth it as our kids happily swam when the outside temp was in the 50’s and 60’s) was fantastic and the owner was easy to communicate with at all times. Easy access to amazing hiking, old town Scottsdale and parks. Easy access to spring training baseball games. We took an overnight trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon—well worth it —ab 3-4 hour drive to the canyon and 2 hours to Sedona. It snowed 3-4 inches at the Grand Canyon while it was 60-70 degrees in Scottsdale—just fyi. We had an awesome time and would love to come back to this property. ##### Kristen R. R. This was our second time back at the property and we will be back again! The yard is beautiful...very private with a good sized pool and hot tub. We were unfortunate to have unseasonably cool weather during our 2 weeks but with the heated pool (we paid to heat it), we all still had a great time. Stacy is amazing and so quick to respond. She really does go above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter themed room and we loved that the top bunk was enclosed so we were comfortable with our young kids to sleep safely up there. Perfect location and really couldn't say enough about how much we love coming to stay here. Will be back again next year! ##### Heather N. The back bedroom doesn’t get war The first night, my two girlfriends, and I all slept in the master because the other rooms were too cold… I just think that if the heat would’ve been turned on a day before we got there, it would’ve been fine with the Nest system.
