Great Location and Nice Rooms

Second time there and will likely book this again in the future. Couple of little things like lack of towels and a cute early check-in fee prevent me from giving it the fifth star. Great Location!

complex and apartment were very nice. furnishings were average, but adequate. great proximity to shops, restaurants in a nice part of town. very nice gym, pool and amenities. would def stay here again.

Fantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. I can honestly say that out of everywhere I’ve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.

Quietest place we have ever stayed. My spouse loved the parking garage with 2 McLaren, G wagon, Ferrari, Lotus, etc. Nice hot shower, Little kitchen. Bed was good. Great restaurants and shopping around. Would absolutely stay here again. Had gone for a medical convention.

Checkin was a bit cumbersome and confusing. Garage pass never worked so we had to stay in short term lease parking. Studio was very nice and clean, loved the patio and amenities. Only 3 k-cups of coffee in our room and cafe area ran out of coffee cups. Would definitely stay here again, great location

Wonderful place to stay

This was a quick 24 hour trip to Scottsdale. Communication with the property management was great throughout our stay. They gave easy to follow directions on how to go through self check in, and to find the room. The place itself was comfortable, quiet, and located in a great part of town. It was 110 outside, but the AC works well-allowing us to cool down quickly. Lots of choices to eat and shop at Keirland Commons which is literally downstairs from where we stayed.

I recently had an incredible stay at Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix! The modern decor, spacious rooms, and attentive staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The central location near Scottsdale Quarter meant I had easy access to shopping and dining. The amenities provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kasa for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Phoenix.

Horrible stay, we had to leave after 1 night out of a 4 night booking. The bed was the hardest thing we ever had to lay on, we didn't sleep at all. And the pillows were just as bad. The property is in an amazing location - steps from restaurants and shopping but the condo bed was horrific and the condo was starting to get worn down. Checking in to the virtual check took hours of frustration - they tell you to park in Future Resident parking or guest parking when you arrive but there was no available spots. The codes to the main doors did not work. Finally someone who lived there let us in and we got to the condo and got the fob to park in the parkade, but the spot in the parkade was taken. It took hours at night to get help from our phones as to where to park. While a secure place is appreciate, it was so frustrating trying to get access and park. We have university degrees and followed the instructions to a tee, and still had major issues. After not sleeping the first night on the hardest bed we left to stay at a different place for the rest of our trip. Cost us so much more money but we could NOT stay there.

Pretty Good!

We enjoyed our stay A little bit of difficulty navigating around, but we got the hang of it. Great location and nice pool and gym. We will likely go again. (I do wish they had a TV in the bedroom and not only in the living room)

Great modern and well-kept property. Definitely value for money with 2 large bedrooms and 2 BR. Getting there by Uber was however a challenge as the official address is on the other side of the actual entrance. Be sure to read the directions carefully before you hop onto your cab.

Perfect location and a great overall property. You have to follow the entry instructions carefully (they have pictures and tons of detail). Paring description was only area of confusion but we did figure it out quickly. Great communication.

They send an extra text message registration with extra fees. Tedious instructions with multiple steps. Not handicap friendly. We could hear the outside noises . If you have a big car it can be challenging to park.Dont get me wrong it’s Beautiful property and many restaurants close by.

Love the location! Love the pool area and exercise room. It is confusing getting into the building and the parking etc but once you figure it out, it's great. The unit itself is nice and clean. The washing machine, though, needs attention, as it smells like mildew from being closed all of the time.

Clean beautiful property and area felt very safe. Gorgeous outdoor area also. Very handy to be able to text questions that were answered via text very quickly. Navigating some of the particulars was inconvenient. Key fob problems. Didn't know key fob needed for access to basement parking .So particulars weren't well laid out. Ended up running back and forth . There was a learning curve. But we did get the hang of it.
