#### Spatial Property but Needed a Good Cleaning.

The check in and out process was simple and the host was very informative. There were quite a few rules. It was fine with us as an older group of friends just looking for a relaxing trip but may seem daunting to others. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of the home and lack of lamps and outlets in some rooms with cleanliness being an issue. There were random things tossed into corners and closets and decor and planters. The bathroom rugs did not look like they had been washed in quite some time. The master bathroom had trash in the bin and a used cup on the counter. There was a huge wad of hair on the shower floor. Random things like crayons and rubber bands and blocks were just sitting around. We also had to kill a huge roach crawling on the ceiling. The location was okay but if we could go back and change it, we would choose somewhere else to stay.

Nice roomy house as advertised. Nice kitchen. Very clean and upgraded. We used the hot tub every day. More for adults than kids. Full sized pool table with extra large tv in large open living room, very comfortable couches. Good for our dog.

#### Great home in a perfect location

Really nice, well-stocked home in a great location. Lots of pool players in our group, so the pool table was a hit. It seems we may have had a bachelor/bachelorette group ahead of us as all the propane was used up and according to the hot tub guy, the hot tub was in extra bad shape (which we realized after we all hopped in & everyone who was exposed got rashes & had to be put on antibiotics). So, that was a rough end to our trip, but other than the outdoor areas, the home was really nice.

This house was a perfect rental for a short trip to Scottsdale. Very comfortable for our small group - nice big kitchen, comfortable couch/tv area. We enjoyed the lawn games and jacuzzi. Nice location - near the 101 - easy to get anywhere. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! So much to do. It was perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was also centrally located to all the best stuff in Scottsdale. We didn’t have internet for the first two days but the owner worked diligently to fix it and kept in contact with us.
