This stay was horrible. Pool area smelled like sewer. They advertised bar and restaurant. The check in clerk ran all stations. No bar or restaurant. There was a menu, but they were out of most items on the menu. The complementary breakfast ended early, so we had to buy coffee at the "Starbucks" bar. I will never stay here again. I spoke to the desk and only got a "I'm sorry"

Beautiful improvements. Clean. Refreshing. Please consider renovating the units bathrooms so that you can close the bathroom door without having to scrunch alongside the toilet.

This property was in the heart of downtown Chandler. Park your car and walk to everything. I couldn't have stay anywhere nicer.

David checked us in and was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome while we had to wait about 15 minutes for our room to be ready. Hotel is nice, friendly staff and smelled really good when you entered not sure what it was but it was a good start to our stay. Free breakfast was appreciated but other than bagels and oatmeal it was not very appetizing but again free so can’t really complain. Our room was decent sized and looked clean other than there was a towel still hanging up behind the bathroom door and a few hairs on floor looks like it didn’t get swept. Over all it was a really good stay and nice place with friendly staff . Austin was the young man that checked us out and was very kind and pleasant who looked like he liked his job as well as David who checked us in. Would stay here again.

We never checked in, reservation was on the wrong day but Expedia said they could not help us change the date even though the we called the hotel before hand and they said there's plenty availability for the day we needed. We wanted to check in on the 6th but the reservation was for the 5th. Will never use or recommend Expedia again!

Front desk and front atmosphere is nice. Breakfast was good. But as per my expectations carpet wasn’t good. Definitely needs new or carpet wash. Beds were comfortable. We got the room shifted from wat was given due to smell in room. The next room was clean enough and was able to stay another 2 days.
