The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, flat cooktop stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Perfect for those who love to cook and stay in. The living room is just off the kitchen and has a large sectional couch great for curling up and reading a book or watching TV on the large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area is just off the living room with a table for 4\. The master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and private bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds. All 3 bedrooms have custom closets. Linens and towels provided. The toilets a short which I was there for surgery so that was a significant issue. Cost me money to have adaptation so it was high enough. I have had both knees replaced so.. also the air conditioner went out! The maintenance was prompt. However he said that the filter looked like it was caked with plaster. We enjoyed lots of sun bathing and float time. The full-time residents seemed less friendly and sometimes came across as irritated by our presence. We kept the A/C at 74 but it did vut out several times during our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful! Great locatio ! ##### Lisa W.
