Compact, eclectic, clean rooms. Stayed for one night. Pleasant, smooth check-in. Nice toiletries. Location is within easy walking distance of the nice ASU downtown area.

Graduate hotel in Phoenix, AZ was a good place for a quick stay. A little noisy from other guests, but other than that really nice. The terrace was a great view. The food hall in the morning was really good. The breakfast burrito and coffee were great! Overall, a good stay.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant. The facilities are aged and there is not a business center or conference room if you need to do work.

Disappointed as this was rated as a 4 star hotel. It cwertainly is not. Carpets are old and dirty. Noise was an issue. Location not great.

Having stayed at other Graduate hotels, we were disappointed with this one. It appeared to be a converted motel and the rooms felt old and a bit run down. At this price point, was expecting a bit more. The location near campus was very good. That was the bright spot.

The Graduate had a cool vibe, but for the amount we paid it seemed a bit worn down. In the room lighting and outlets didn’t work, there was a shelf missing in the bathroom and there was no regular coffee in the room. Why don’t all hotels have free fresh coffee in the lobby? - it’s annoying to pay $4 for drip coffee when we should have it in the room.

Room number 1 was right in the front across entrance and gym area, the romm had a horrific buzzing noise inside caused by a motor or A/C - I asked front desk person to switch me and he claimed there were no rooms available even though Expedia website had plenty. I was unable to rest , he finally was convinced about my concern regarding the terrible noise and switched me to another room, that room was dirty w mold on the bathrooms and cigarette butts on the nightstands - I had to stay there and put up w the disgusting smoke smell and wait till next day to check out! I informed the frt desk and they didn’t even offer a discount or nothing- I am very disappointed……

Building is old and was refurbished. Not what I expect from Graduate properties. Toilet broke. Shower had terrible pressure. Small bathroom. Would not stay here again for $380/night!!

This place has a nice hipster vibe going on. The property is dated but well kept and most importantly clean. It was generally comfortable with 4 pillows on the beds and then places to hookup usb directly to lamps by the bed which some hotels still don't provide. The rates were reasonable as well. all my interactions with the staff were good and finally the attached food hall has reasonably priced food options that to my taste buds were fine and killer lattes in the morning hours as well. I did not have a car so no idea about the parking situation as it it located right by the campus. Would stay again.

 ​❤️​ to “ It's a cute little RETRO boutique hotel. Rooms are tiny. Bed is good. Great towels!! We had breakfast and a late evening burger at their restaurant…DELICIOUS! Not a lot of menu choices but what we ate delicious. Parking is great. Nice pool. Three blocks our ultimate destination so convenient. Overpriced (not to bad) but they all are! Nice staff!!! All students it seemed. Great young people! We would stay again.  ”
