Golf View Resort Like Living in Heart of Old Town - 2 Bd + Den, 2 Ba, garage!

Experience the finest Scottsdale has to offer with this lovely 1,600 Sq.ft., 2 bedroom + den, 2 baths, golf course view condo within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium. This single story/ground floor home can fit up to 4 people comfortably and is in the most desired location right on the Continental (public) Golf Course fairway and Greenbelt bike path. Sorry, no pets allowed. We have a large dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating surrounding the entertainment center. Enjoy your personal patio, BBQ, wet bar, high ceilings, open floor plan, 1 car garage + 1 personal covered carport steps from the front door. Washer and dryer in unit. Heated complex pool (mid October thru mid November, and March and April). The complex hot tub is heated Mid September thru May.

This fresh and clean home consists of 2 bedrooms + den and 2 full bathrooms.
Master Bedroom: king Sleep Number bed, mounted Smart TV with Roku, office desk, private patio.
Guest Bedroom: king bed.
Den: fold out queen bed couch with mounted smart TV.
Living Room: 65" mounted smart TV.
All TV’s have Roku. (No cable)

All linens, bath & pool towels provided.

We have 3 sets of used golf clubs you are welcome to borrow!

Beautifully furnished unit. Well- equipped kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Excellent communication with owner and manager. Great location for accessing golf, attractions, shopping. The only suggestion would be to offer mid-stay cleaning for stays over ten days.

Wonderful Stay!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Comfortable, meticulously clean and a great central location for baseball games, outdoor activities and nightlife. Communications with the host were clear and timely. We will not hesitate to book this condo again for future visits.

Outstanding Location and Amenities

The condo was in perfect condition. Located in the middle of everything that Scottsdale has to offer. The photos are accurate and should also note the patio heater for the cooler mornings. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing and easy to get to. We didn't have time to use the grill, but everything was exactly as advertised.

Perfect Place To Stay In Scottsdale

We felt right at home for our 10 day stay in Scottsdale in this condo. Communication with the owner and manager before, during and at checkout was excellent and they made sure everything was as expected.... and it was! Location is great... near central and Old Town and right on the golf course/all-purpose trail. The place was impeccably clean and had everything you needed for an extended stay. Furnishings were all in great shape and all the details were appreciated. Spent a lot of time on the nice patio, including grilling steaks on the gas grill. It's right next to the all-purpose trail, which kept things interesting as walkers, riders and runners cruised by throughout the day. The attached garage was handy, as I had a place to keep a rental bicycle. A very safe area. Can't say enough good things about this property... highly recommended!

Location, Location, Location!

This condo is amazing! Close to Old Town and major roads (Scottsdale Rd, Hayden & the 101), which make getting around the Valley so easy. It is very well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms as well. It is VERY clean and tidy which is a plus! The welcome package was a nice surprise. The owner and property manager were readily available if needed as well. We would definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Loaded condo

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is probably the best stocked one ever. It felt like home the minute we arrived and everything was as promised except for the squeaky patio screen door. We got a lot of pool time and just minutes from old town Scottsdale, as well as 5th Ave. will have to say that breakfast at the breakfast club was probably our best meal out. Bbq was nice to have for dinners around the condo and watching the night golf was a bonus. Communicated between property management and us was wonderful. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the near future.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Fabulous condo in a quiet setting right in the heart of Scottsdale. We loved the "feel" of this unit from the moment we walked in. They have thought of everything and make you feel right at home. It was fun to watch the golfers out on the course and yet it's very private. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could need.

Nothing less than PERFECT!

This was our first visit to Scottsdale and this condo did not disappoint. The owners thought of everything. Comfortable beds with ultra soft bedding! Plenty of towels, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a great back patio that looks onto the golf course and walking/bike path that is right outside. The pool and hot tub and a very short walk and open until 10pm. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Owners and their property manager were very helpful and stayed in contact during our stay. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Fabulous!

Great location! Beautiful property! We enjoyed morning walks on the trail right outside the gate. We used the golf clubs to play a couple of rounds at the course behind the property, and went on the Thursday art walk in Old Town. Fashion Square Mall is a shoppers dream! So many great restaurants- we had a blast! And the pool is very lovely. The kitchen was perfect to warm leftovers when we didn’t feel like leaving. There is a lovely nail spa close by that does very good gel pedis- Serene Society Spa. Our first trip to Scottsdale- we will be back! And we definitely plan to stay at this condo when we return.

Perfect for Girls Trip Getaway

This was a perfect location and home for our annual girls trip. The home is well-maintained and had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable. Even had a tea kettle delivered! We enjoyed the walking path, the pool and the lovely setting overlooking the golf course. Close to lots of great restaurants, hiking and anywhere you want to go in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Condo!

Comfortable, well-stocked, spacious and inviting condo. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable including a welcome basket with goodies and coffee. Central location for pretty much everything in the area including hiking trails, shopping, museums and excellent restaurants. The owners and property manager checked in during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. I'd highly recommend this condo if you find yourself in the Scottsdale area!
