Please keep music and shouting to a minimum at all times in an effort to respect our neighbors and avoid a noise ordinance fine. Two non-recording noise monitors on are onsite to measure noise levels and will notify management of significant and sustained noise. \*No Smoking allowed inside home. We have smoke detection monitors in the home to alert hosts of smoking. \*A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and payment of pet deposit. We love welcoming your furry friends! Please have your dogs use the designated rocky areas for potty breaks instead of the turf. \*All house rules expected to be followed.
