Quiet and private, yet convenient to Scottsdale attractions (15 minute drive or less to Barres-Jackson Auto Show, the Waste Management Open, and the Arabian Horse Shows), you will quickly fall in love with this uniquely-built gem. This property is approximately 2,100 sq. ft., with a renovated kitchen and appliances, a custom-built home bar, and is decorated to truly give voice into the character of the house. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home can comfortably sleep 10 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of trundle bunk beds), which makes it ideal for kid/family vacations or just a weekend away with your friends! There are chickens on the property as well as a beautiful new koi pond! So whether you’re playing cornhole, board games, watching a movie on the 70” TV, or just simply relaxing on the cozy outdoor furniture, you are sure to enjoy this peaceful Arizona property! It is a great place to relax, read a book, have a drink and enjoy the AZ sun. \*Please note that because of the beautiful and unique furnishings and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which this property is located, we have a strict "No Party" policy. Although the property has high speed internet, sometimes the wifi connection in North Scottsdale can be unreliable. There is a Starbucks nearby in case of a wifi emergency! \*Please note that during the duration of your stay, a groundskeeper may be present to feed the koi fish, check the filters in the koi pond, or to address any landscaping needs on the 5 acre property. \*Please note that it is absolutely forbidden to go onto the roof of this residence. They provided a lot if simple items that you don't find in a lot of corporate managed rentals these days, such as extra toothbrush kits, shampoo and bath items. Same thing with the kitchen, coffee, bottled water etc. Communication and check in were easy. It's quiet and private. Like any place, it probably needs some maintenance, but it was in a lot better shape than most. Good place if you have a larger vehicle. Good place if you travel with a dog. Only complaint was the coffee maker kept getting clogged and didn't filter properly. Uber and Lyft was quick and easy. Entry and exit was seamless. Communication with owner was great. The House was great for us....plenty of room to spread out....best part was the VIEWS....not only of the close mountain ranges surrounding the property, but the city twinkle light views at night and the mountainous sky line of Phoenix which is always spectacular...this property was surrounded by all.....the kids loved the plastic table....took it everywhere....set it front of the TV and made forts out of it....Thank you to the property owners for the hospitality in making things comfortable in the home. The home was on the 'retro' side and brought back memories of what my father would have built.... Please accept my apology for forgetting to turn on the dishwasher when I left....but I did some of the laundry.hopefully that makes up for my forgetfulness ......Diann ##### Diann M. But not isolated - so close to all that North Scottsdale offers. Easy access to the resort for golfing, Pinnacle Peak hikes and all those restaurants. The home had everything we needed! Loved the kitchen & cozy beds! The living room was perfect for watching the pac 12 tournament, playing board games & making up fun dances. We grilled on the bbq and played baseball outside. Easy check out, as a lot of VRBOs have huge list, this was easy “ return the key “ Will be back for sure! ##### Stormi Y. It seems like you're a million miles away from everything yet there are stores within 1 mile. Great hiking opportunities, Jeep tours, golfing, and about a half hour from downtown Scottsdale.
