-Free heated spa and pool. You get to control the spa temperature, pool is set at 85 degrees from October until April.
-Each bedroom is equipped with a smart television loaded with Roku apps.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
