This reinvented & remodeled home is located in a quiet neighborhood of Glendale. Pets stay for free! The large 1,700 SQF home features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 car garage, PRIVATE backyard, RV parking and a beautiful complimentary heated private pool. The entire home went through major renovation & spectacular finishes throughout. This is a great home to entertain family and friends while visiting AZ. Minutes from major freeways... so easy to get to all sporting events and Scottsdale!!  
  
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.

The swimming pool is heated between November and April at no additional cost to guests. The heater is set to maintain 85°F, though please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F, the water may not reach or stay at that temperature.  
  
Pets are welcome and stay completely free of charge—just bring your furry friends and enjoy!

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, perfect for soaking up the sun, taking a swim, or grilling under the stars. With thoughtful touches throughout, this space blends functionality and charm for a stay you won’t forget.  
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.  
  
Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.

\-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.  
\-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.  
\-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.  
\-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
