#### Amazing Place!

Overall great experience! Joshua was very communicative and accommodating. Great neighborhood to base out of for my work and also close enough to great shopping. The home is super clean and well stocked with the needed amenities for an extended stay. Neighborhood does not allow street parking at night but it wasn't an issue for us to use the garage and driveway. Would love to come back!

#### Lovely Stay!

We had such a wonderful extended stay in Sun City! Joshua made our stay seamless from check-in to check-out. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos and it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a month+ stay. The neighborhood was nice, a playground right nearby and sidewalks for walking. The closets were very large and there is a nice backyard. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable short or longer stay.
