accueil froid , moquette chambre très sale,clim très bruyante: obligation de l'arrêter malgré les 38° C .frigo bruyant , pas d'eau en bouteille disponible dans l'hotel. Petit déjeuner frugal et debout dans le hall d'entrée

Nice quiet property, room was dated but nice. Staff were lazy, less than honest, and inattentive. Coffee was like water because “that’s the way the night shift likes it”, continental breakfast was nonexistent as they “had ran out”. Staff failed multiple times to send email receipt required multiple calls over several days to obtain.

Room was never cleaned from previous guest. Everything was filthy

The room smelled of smoke. I should have asked to be moved. However, I was so busy with my brother's memorial service, I didn't have time or energy to move. The staff wasn't particularly helpful when I let them know of the problem. They offered no solutions or suggestions.

I’ve stayed here multiple times & usually like it. This time - this room was run down & things broken. Gross towels were left in the hallway for days. Bed was hard as a rock

Would not suggest to anyone!! Dead bird on property for 2 days, noisy guest above for hours and into the early morning. Was supposed to stay 4 nights left after 2 and property refusing to refund my last two nights.. Customer service at Expedia tried to assist in the refund (over 400.00) but property would not budge.
