killed 5 roaches and other bugs. Disgusting, had to rip off all of the bedding and make a barrier to separate the kitchen area to the bed. To give some type of barrier as I did not want roaches and bugs crawling on my while I tried to sleep. thankfully I brought my own pillows and blankets. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN

The room was very dirty. Sinks, mirror, refrigerator were all uncleaned. Hair on the toilet . The bed would flip up when you sat on the end. The recliner had gross stuff spilled down the side.

The property is very worn down and not worth the price per night. There were suspicious looking men hanging in the parking lot during the day and in their cars listening to music into the night and early morning hours.

Didn’t have a room for us when we checked in, because the available rooms were dirty because they were short-staffed on housekeeping. They were also overbooked. Luckily the front desk person was very nice and finally found a clean room for us.

Staff was rude. Took over 3 hours to check in. Spoke to Expedia twice before we were checked in, we were assigned same hotel confirmation number as another customer. Will never use Expedia or stay at this chain. Refund will be requested from Expedia.

The hotel is decent however they do not provide wash clothes or even soap! There was no soap in our room, only a tiny tube of shampoo which we used for soap to wash with. There were only bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths either. Otherwise it was fine and the location is very convenient.

The property was pretty much as expected given the area and pricing compared to many around. A reasonable deal for the stay. My only real disappointment was the description of free breakfast was only an oatmeal and coffe bar and not what we had been quit accustomed to in our travels. None the less it served our purpose and was affordable. .

This hotel is in a great location. I wanted to stay here because of the kitchen however there was nothing in the kitchen, no silverware, pots pans dishes etc. There was only one working light, which was right next to the bed. the main light flickered on and off and was super loud. Breakfast was included but coffee was available at 6:30 am, too late for me to have before work.

Great stay for a very reasonable price!
The staff was super friendly, courteous and humorous and even let us check in early! The room was quiet and sufficient and bed was quite comfortable. My only suggestion is that floor did not feel/appear mopped but I do know Arizona dust gets into everything, so maybe the room had just not been used in a bit. Overall, very nice accommodations and fair for price. Great location and quiet too because it’s off the main roads.

The room had no dishes or utensils to use. The room was dirty and the bed was horrible. I complained to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. She said I needed to deal with Expedia for any refund. Horrible experience.

We stayed there as family was having at procedure at Mayo Clinic. We really weren’t in the room much but when we were, we heard a person cough as they were walking by. It was like they were in the same room with us. There was tons of light showing around the door frame and we heard every little sound from other rooms. Our room wasn’t exceptionally clean and we found a hairball on the carpet right as we walked in the room. BUT every interaction with staff was pleasant and they were beyond helpful. The hotel itself was conveniently located for us but I don’t know that I could stay there again.
