It was a place to stay and sleep. the first night we had to clean dust off the shower. You have to ask for dishes etc. We made 2 calls more than an hour apart, finally my sister went down to ask again. By then they were out of large plates and only 1 fork. On 2nd day there was no oatmeal and coffee was out. I had to go somewhere so waiting for coffee was senseless since I needed to get something to eat. 3rd day still no cereal, coffee was there, but no lids for coffee cup.

Check in was very slow due to understaffing. The location and ongoing construction made getting in and out hard. I had to drive 6 miles to get around a divides street to get .3 miles in the wrong direction.

Bedbugs

It was terrible. The room had bedbugs and we had to switch rooms which the new room also had bedbugs. There was a room next door to us with the window open that looked completely stripped down...now from what I assumed was being treated for bedbugs. Would never go there AGAIN!!!

Poor accommodations

2nd story room in an extended stay property where guests are likely to have multiple bags, but the hotel does not have a cart or assistance nor did they have the staff to help me carry things up and down the stairs. I called to request an additional blanket but was told I needed to come to the front desk to obtain it. I was unable to do that due to having a sleeping toddler in my room. This seemed less than accommodating. Property looked dirty overall with filthy walkways and railings throughout. No elevator available for my use to access my second story room. I would not stay here or recommend this place to anyone ever again

Terrible Place to Stay

Don't stay here...especially if you have kids. This is like a Haven for Crack and Crank Heads. We booked for 4 night, checked in at 2am and only stated that night because it was so late and we had already unpacked. We're working on getting a refund from Expedia. One other thing, I'm not going to be using Expedia for anything, anymore. The only thing that I got from this Motel was that in order for me to get a refund or even a receipt for checking out early - was to contact Expedia directly. Not good.

Decent

Pros: Location and size of room.
Cons: Towels and bedding were pretty worn.
The hotel was convenient and decently clean. It served its purpose.

stink room

Cons: clean the rooms or have a pet less rooms
Location: good location
looks real good but smell like a room with pets bad cleaning my son and I we are allergist a dogs and we get a bad night firs and last night there

cheap, convenient, nice rooms

The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was one of the cheapest options around the area but the rooms were clean ,surprisingly impressive. I would recommend this place. We were even late checking out but they didn't get too mad, oops.

expecting to be in east Chandler

Pros: not much I will not go back
Cons: The AC and a better breakfast the cheap muffins and no juice or milk just make it a sick joke.
Location: If you are doing business in SW Phoenix it would be a weak choice
With the address of 5035 east Chandler you would think doing business in east chandler and Gilbert would be very convenient but the address is for Phoenix and i spent hours commuting over the time I was there. The breakfast was miserable. It is close to the 10 but way south and west in Phoenix. The AC was weak, Thank goodness it was November.
