poor and disappointing

Pros: the staff was friendly and pleasant
Cons: the cleanliness and condition of the room ( leaky pipes and the carpet).
the carpet was stained, and very dirty, there was no iron in the room and when requested from front desk was told they have to look for one, but never got the iron. Both sinks (the kitchen and the bathroom) had leaky pipes and in the cabinets there was a towel to soak up the water that dripped causing mold and mildew issues and the neighbors were outside playing music and were very loud late into the evening.

Location: no time - had to continue driving.
we need a hotel to overnight after driving a long distance and this was the good choice. very comfortable.

I wasn't pleased with this hotel

Pros: I like the bath tub with shower and the little kitchenette..
Cons: Room service, fresh air vents, better workout room
Location: The location was okay (off the expressway) a lot of things to do nearby....
I wasn't pleased with this hotel and my stay there was just okay. From the looks of the picture of the room on Expedia; it looks as if I would be staying in a very comfortable indoor hotel to feel very secure. However, since I was traveling alone and being a woman I didn't feel secure in the hotel. I switched my room from being on the outside and 1st floor of the hotel to a 2nd floor inner side of the quad to feel more secure during my 3 night stay. The 1st room smelled like cigarettes and old. The 2nd room was a little better but still had a stale smell to it. I was also surprised that during my stay there was NO daily cleaning services for fresh towels and sheets or to empty out garbage cans. If you wanted fresh towels or sheets, you had to go to the office and get it yourself. My bathroom garbage cans was full. I wasn't too fond of that. The air conditioner vents smelled really old once it was turned on. The entire room smelled old and stuffy. The weight room only had two equipment machines. Overall, it felt like I was staying in a motel instead of a in closed hotel. I didn't feel safe or comfortable staying there but dealt with it until my last day. It was an okay experience.

It's cheap but rundown and disorganized.

Pros: Close to where my friends live.
Cons: Organization, maintenance.
I first checked in after a long drive late at night. The front desk doors weren't open so I phoned the hotel but nobody answered. Finally the clerk came from somewhere outside and let me in and checked me in. The first room I was given was not made up. So I went back to the front desk and he gave me another room. Walked to that room and it wasn't made up either. Back to the front desk for a third try. That one was made up but what looked like bright pink nail polish was all over the wall and floor by the bathroom sink. I took it anyways because I was tired and atleast the bed was made up and the room was clean except for that bright pink nail polish. However after 2 days of my four day stay, the free Wi-Fi stopped working. I checked with the front desk and it was totally out. It was never fixed for the duration of my stay. The rooms are okay, the staff are nice and try to be helpful, but it is in need of some maintenance and organization. It really shouldn't take 3 tries to get a room that is made up.

Nice hotel good staff

The staff was great the room was okay but the coffee table was not wiped down and the shower looked gross. There were people outside playing loud music all night.

Got to job done.

Pros: Good value. Could get needed supplies from desk.
Cons: Add more staff. Those working were overworked with many different jobs. Could do daily cleaning of the oudoors.
Location: Skully's sports bar great place and great food. Spenados pizza outstanding.
Was ok for what I needed. I am now just writing words to meet this requiremane

Dissapointment!

Ok room, way over priced! No saop shampoo, toilet paper and no cups. We had just checked in and my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. Called the front desk for toilet paper and he said he'd be right up. 30 min later we left. Got back called again and they said they would be down in 15-20 min so I walked down and picked it up. Front desk person said I had to understand he'd been busy. I told him that's all he had to say in the beginning. Won't go back!!!
