I wasn't pleased with this hotel
I wasn't pleased with this hotel and my stay there was just okay. From the looks of the picture of the room on Expedia; it looks as if I would be staying in a very comfortable indoor hotel to feel very secure. However, since I was traveling alone and being a woman I didn't feel secure in the hotel. I switched my room from being on the outside and 1st floor of the hotel to a 2nd floor inner side of the quad to feel more secure during my 3 night stay. The 1st room smelled like cigarettes and old. The 2nd room was a little better but still had a stale smell to it.
I was also surprised that during my stay there was NO daily cleaning services for fresh towels and sheets or to empty out garbage cans. If you wanted fresh towels or sheets, you had to go to the office and get it yourself. My bathroom garbage cans was full. I wasn't too fond of that. The air conditioner vents smelled really old once it was turned on. The entire room smelled old and stuffy. The weight room only had two equipment machines. Overall, it felt like I was staying in a motel instead of a in closed hotel. I didn't feel safe or comfortable staying there but dealt with it until my last day. It was an okay experience.

I assure you that what you experienced is not acceptable, and we will take immediate action to identify why we failed so we can prevent these issues from occurring again. I encourage you to try us again in the near future, as I am confident you will enjoy a better stay.
